Worst Career Moment
Anil was working for a firm as a contractor. He gave all his time and committed to what he was doing including staying away from his family. He believed that he was building his reputation by doing so. Anil joined the firm as an employee but was let go just six months later. The explanation he received was that he wasn’t performing as required, he was being replaced, and it was going to be his last day with the firm. Anil felt that all his sacrifice and effort had been a complete waste of time. However he managed to channel the negative energy from the experience to enable him to secure his next opportunity.
