Jeff’s first start-up went bankrupt, partly due to his fear of asking for help. Even in the aftermath of its failure, Jeff was not forthcoming in asking for help. For this reason, he has learned about the strength of vulnerability.

Meeting the parent of one of his protégés, Jeff was told that the value he has given to others has truly changed lives. Helping others is the most empowering force for good in the world.
